I'm still getting used to this new machine and software so I accidently
deleted your last post after I read it instead of hitting reply. <sigh?
Still, I can answer your last question. The air bags aren't live like a
metal spring so they self damp the motion and behave much like shock
absorbers. We had shocks on the trucks because they just weigh too much
and still have springs under them so need shocks to damp the motion.
