that looks like a terrible boat. really expensive, and it no doubt has lots and lots of non-standard, special order parts that will be impossible to fix when they break.

Instead, what you need is a Munson. Built right here in Skagit County, at real world prices-  a MK-V costs $3.7 million each.

A Munson is about ten percent, max of a MK V, and it is meant to be run right up on a rocky beach and unloaded. Of course, it doesnt come with gatling guns.
