[TheForge] filling pipe with sand to bend

I've only seen it done a few times on logging sites. No, I wasn't logging, 
we were drilling proposed road/bridge/quarry sites but it was something to 
watch. Yeah, the cable and pipe was probably pretty close in size, I didn't 
get close at all, seemed kind of dangerous to be anywhere in the 
neighborhood. I think the tightest radius they bent was around 20" and it 
looked pretty good.
