[TheForge] filling pipe with sand to bend

I have needed this done for the food industry with sanitary piping, I ended
up getting a mechanic shop with an exhaust bender to bend it. They say that
it wont do it but if the bend isn't too bad like the 42" rad then it should
be fine. Plus they are normally better at gauging a bend if it is a normal
muffler shop because they do it often. The down side is that your pipe is
smaller and they might not have the dies.
