Danr,
Perhaps 7 years ago, I had my farm mutual insurance agent tell me that my
policy wouldn't cover my quonset / shop building if I was doing
"blacksmithing".
I shook my head trying to figure that out. A huge percentage of of the
farm shops here, have electric welders, acetylene torches, many also have
an anvil or two and a forge. My insurance company routinely covered farm
shops, with all the above items. So if I called it a farm shop, I could
have coverage, but if I called it a blacksmith shop, there was no
coverage.
