I used Corel Draw about 15 years ago and liked it. But it has been a long 
time. I seem to remember it had an edge finder feature that would make a 
wire frame from a scanned picture. I never used that feature.

I have been looking on-line and Corel Draw does DXF. Amazon has the X5
version for $175. Has anyone used Corel Draw?
