[TheForge] Unbelievable...

Bruce,
I personally do not think that you need to apologize for anything. I
stand by my reasoning even though it is no more provable than your opinions.
My only concern with your statement is your conscious decision to send on a
report which you concur might be a "total fraud", but since it agrees with
your sentiments, the truth doesn't matter and it's not worth your time to
corroborate. And there is a LOT of difference between a prosecution by the
Church and one by the Indian Gov't., regardless of the age of the law. So
similar a response to the dogmatic religious types, don't you think? On
your statement and examples about organized religion, I fully concur. No
has yet pointed out the Chapter and Verse in the Bible which says "Thou
shalt be "(insert religion name here)". Do you think that anything done in
the name of God somehow proves or disproves His existence? Do you think
that since there is human suffering, caused by both man made and/or natural
disasters, there must be no God? I've no clue what God's ultimate goal is,
but I'm not willing to throw out the baby with the bath water. I see the
goodness of God every day. And I try to help those in need when I can.
Often, you have to look for both.
