Yes, it was definitely seeded, but not scripted.  There were several 
examples of where the team was unable to find the right seeded items, or 
one team took all of the seeded items.   Many examples, but I remember 
the one where the mentor ended up having to carve a prop in the end as 
they couldn't find a seeded one that was a match in pitch, diameter and 
direction for the motor they found or another episode where a four 
wheeler became a three wheeler at the last minute because a matching 
wheel could not be found.
