Hi Dave (Listmom),

While I joined this list strictly as an aspiring BS newbie. (Pipe down Dan!) And very rarely comment - much less contribute. 

Nevertheless, though I am not an American I do feel deeply for the victims of this tragedy, including the perp, and his family!

While I have met only two members of the List I have come to regard many of you as men I would like to. And perhaps shoot a little BS with! So while agreeing that this topic is way OT I have appreciated the very real concern expressed and the feeling of comaraderie I get from the comments. 

These are friends speaking to each other, taking this discussion somewhere else would destroy that completely.

So please, in this case, ease up on the OT rule.
