There are parts of the world where fully automatic weapons are easy to get-the mass murderers' weapon of choice there is explosives. By asking the easy question (why won't someone make all the guns disappear), we avoid the hard one: how can people get so caught up in their internal logic that they lose all compassion? And why are some young men so angry?
