Not sure where this info came from, but it's not how it went down (I live 
there.   Well, not in the mall, but near).
Gunman shot himself before any police were around.  Best local info so far 
was that an ARMED citizen was going to try to take him out, the
gunman realized his time was short and took his own life.   Armed citizen 
did not fire a shot because he was unsure of his backstop.
