Andy, get a couple three sheep to keep the grass neetly trimmed in the
pastures. Come winter they're tasty as can be and reside happily in the
freezer. Figure a couple sheep per acre, buy lambs, they get along fine with
goats, they don't eat the same things so there's little competition. Be SURE
to spend plenty of hand time with the new lambs so they're friendly and not
skittish about being handled. Sheep are dumb as chickens so keep it simple,
me FRIEND with FOOD is top marks for sheep.
Believe me BBQed lamb shops are unctuously delicious as are steaks and
roasts, th4e ground is good for shepard's pie and other yummy stuff. We have
Stewart in the freezer, he was new last spring and oh SO yummy this summer.
