Not surprising, but I think the contractor did right by you.  People can 
get right pissy about such issues.  For all I know the fence line is on 
the neighbor's property.  I think I'm keeping my yap shut on this one 
and fixing the fence to keep the goats contained.  One thing I noticed 
is that if I put in deed calls to the software they way I think the 
fence line goes, we have just under 16 acres.  If I dam the hollow at 
the creek 40 feet deep it should be good for 6 to 8 million gallons, 
plenty for the house and irrigation purposes.  By then we will probably 
move somewhere else. :(
