A 75# anvil will do just fine for most work. In case you have not
noticed, anvils are not what they once were, $-wise. $3/# is not that
bad. Not great but not bad. If OK is a good area for anvils then
perhaps she should pass, but places like AZ suck for smithing tools,
leaving one the choice of snapping what comes one's way or waiting for
possibly a very long time for the next opportunity for something that
may be better... or worse.
