[TheForge] OT: Spring tile question

I have thought of this. Another thing would be a 1000 or 2000 gallon
precast septic tank.

Question: how steep a grade would a truck be able to negotiate to set
such a tank? Think "red shale clay" soil. Anyone know? I suspect it
cannot be done as my rather capable 4WD truck has a hard time going down
there.
