My trip valve could definately use a better system that I've got, but I've 
checked it while it was having this problem, and making sure it was 
tripping well didn't correct the problem.

I will check the exhaust, but wouldn't that be more of a continual 
problem, rather than one that kicks in about 10-15 minutes in?  Also, it 
does vary over time with how much it slows down.  It is not a continually 
slower as time goes on effect.  Sort of normal...slow...slower...slow... 
slowest...slow....slower.
