Well, I guess so.
Me, I dont lend out ten thousand dollar tools, much less fifty thousand dollar ones- but I guess somebody might...

I  guess my basic point is that it just wouldnt be THAT hard to figure out who did it, and catch em, if they actually had cops in the location where this bridge is.
But my guess is they all got laid off or something.
