Looks that way...but they probably bothered to ask the ozone question this time.
You'll recall there was a " this is ridiculous" industry reaction that may well have subverted
the good intentions of the ruling.
Fair guess the Halogens actually did contribute.

Medicine is as fad prone as fashion sometimes. A reasonable distrust.
But if you are motivated by strong nausea, or your life being on the line...

Us all...at 66 i'm finding that cancer is gaining on auto accidents for friend's mortality.

Seems to cut down on cancer incidence ( one large study) too.
Not all unanticipated side effects are bad.
Sometimes we stick with an old one for it's side effects.
