[TheForge] Proper disposal of hazmat

My wife's cousin is a truck driver for a co. in GA, hauling haz waste, 
usually used sulfuric acid used in industrial steel pickling.  They haul 
it to Louisiana and dump it in a swamp.  So much for proper recycling.   JA
