Thus far this has been VERY enlightening, informative and somewhat endearing to hear all the voices of concern and knowledge. I can't thank you all enough for chiming in. I hope that there is more to come. I am re-thinking my course w/each passing e-mail. I have a welder that has a 25ton press ready to go that he is willing to sell me for under $500. I am going to look at it next week. I am assuming it is probably an older HUGE design judging by what he has in the rest of his AWESOME shop. BUT, it is a commercially built/industrial unit. I will take some pics as well as ask him to run it for me should I decide to grab it. If I do, I'll of course need to sell the ENERPAC stuff that I just got!! ha
