[TheForge] Clean unused paint cans? OT: POL:

I was still in CA when Diablo was being built.  I have never been a tree 
hugging sort, but some reason in such matters seems only... well, 
reasonable.  In those days I was in engineering school and we were all 
shaking our heads at that one.

But I thought it had not been commissioned... guess I was dead wrong there.
