The next generation are generally easy to correct, it's the guys who are a 
decade or two older than I that are the most common users of helmet and 
hardest to correct. It's a pick your battles thing, some are no just win 
situations. A good example are folk who use the term "temper" for any and 
all heat treat functions. Try explaining the difference and sometimes you 
get outright hostility.

Oh well, I do what I can.
