I remember those - it was all still there even in 1976.  In 97 I went to 
visit my friends for Thanksgiving and Scott and I went to some state 
park down that way.  We took the new interstate (forget the number) and 
I was utterly dumbfounded at what I saw as we traveled south on that 
road.  Not a grove to be seen anywhere.  Not one - and the red tile 
roofs seemed to go on past the horizon.  I am not exaggerating when I 
say that we must have driven past a couple of hundreds of thousands of 
tightly clumped dwellings.  It was almost stupefying to behold.  The 
sight actually made me very sad as I so clearly recalled the beautiful 
groves there.  The sight was to my eyes appalling.

	Wishful thinking.  That was all graded off and sold.  Guaranteed.
