Ice is good but no more than 20 mins. then moist heat for 20-30 mins. Too 
much ice isn't a good thing at all. Dry rice in an old IV bag and about 1:30 
in the microwave is good moist heat.

I found BenGay helped, it stimulates circulation. Oh yeah, Glucosimine 
chondroitine really helps too.

Geeze I have too much experience with this crap. Growing old sucks but it 
beats the alternative.
