[TheForge] followup on holes in saw blade

I thought so too first time I saw it done Pete. One of the guys at the heavy 
duty shop showed me, they never and I mean NEVER used an easy out.

Around here almost any decent hardware store carries left handed drill bits 
as well as taps and dies. I suppose it's just because of where we are and 
the necessity to keep Canada surrounded by unobtanium items.
