Sure, we just dont let you canadians have em, as they have strategic
military value- there is no telling what Dave and Bob might be able to
do with them...
Not to mention the nefarious devices Red Green could construct with a
bit of duct tape and some left handed drill bits...
Cue the accordian music, Harold.

(I realize you are not a natural born Canuck, but nevertheless...)

Here in the land of decadent "civilisation", we have our MSC and
McMaster Carr catalogs-

http://www1.mscdirect.com/CGI/NNPDFF?PMPAGE=34&PARTPG=GSDRVSM&PMT4NO=85505550&PMITEM=81127086&PMCTLG=00&PMT4TP=*LTIP

shows left handed drill bits starting at a bit over 2 bucks, american
money.

I can call, and get em here in a day or two.

But the Patriot Act forbids us from shipping them to the great white
north.

The only time I ever saw a left-hand drill bit was when I *made* one
and twisted it the wrong way.

Are there really such things as an article of commerce?
