Mike,

I haven't seen them myself, but Providence is known for its mansions.
Some of them probably have neat ironwork, but you'll have to
investigate yourself.   Do a search on
"site://www.newportmansions.org/ iron" and you'll come up with stuff.

Note the "Kitchen Stoves and Ranges: From the Open Hearth to the
Microwave.  It was closed the day I was in the area, so I haven't seen
it.
