It's kind of like an arbor press, except instead of an arm you pull down, it
has an arm/lever that extends under the table that you push with your foot.
There is a heavy weight that can be moved up or down the lever to increase
or decrease the force of the stroke.

What's the mechanism on the kick press?
Is it cam actuated?
