[TheForge] Forge rails

I liked the set up that had a fold up rectangle of 1/2" 
bar ( like on a rat trap) with a hinged triangulating 
brace ( sort of like the tongue on a buckle) that went 
from the cross bar to a socket on the leg of the stand.
It folded out of the way neatly...easy to make.
