it is tragic when words, good or bad, define who we are.  we need to get 
back to, "sticks and stones may break my bones, but your words can never 
harm me."  you are who you are; defined only by who you are in your own 
mind.  i like, "it is none of my business what you think of me." it only 
matters what i think of me.
