[TheForge] insurance

It actually might be a good time to be looking for insurance. I was asking
my agent how business was a while back. He explained that it was OK but
rough. The companies had lost a lot of their backup wealth in the market
decline, money was tight so folks were shopping for prices and the
competition was offering some deals that he was forced to meet. 

I realize we are in a different market with the fire stuff etc., but still
the agents are more apt to be fighting for us now to get the business. It
pays to shop or at least go to an independent agent representing several
companies.

Thanks Mike.
Thus far we've had difficulty finding a reasonable insurer because of 
our location.
