Click on it and scroll down till you see this sentence: To unsubscribe from 
TheForge, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options enter 
your subscription email address:  There is a small text window and a button 
associated with it. click on the button and make the changes you wish.

I can't tell you exactly how to unsub or set it to "no mail" or "digest," 
etc. because I didn't open the link and look. It should be pretty self 
explanatory though, we're a bunch of blacksmiths, our site isn't going to 
need a IT to adjust or we'd probably just go build a fire and beat the snott 
out of some poor innocent piece of iron instead. <grin> Seriously it isn't 
hard to unsub or adjust your subscription just read and be patient. If you 
have a problem we'll give you a hand.
