[TheForge] shop fire

[peter fels & phoebe palmer]

There is some insurance with Allstate. His son was living unofficially 
in the structure , tho not the cause of the fire.
In the past Allstate has been pissy to collect from.
Bill says he is too old to start building again
But i suspect it's the situational depression speaking.
Probably depends on the insurance settlement.

A nasty little voice in the back of my head says..
