Yeah. What saves the day is that there is a socket threaded for 1" pipe
thread.  Screw in a foot of pipe and you have enough torque to
avoid having you arm twisted off. (It doesn't have a deadman switch,
just ON and OFF.)

I've put a 2" auger bit in it to bore bolt holes through 10x10s to
support the A&O hammer.  With the pipe handle, it's possible to stall
the drill but it takes an effort.
