[TheForge] Oxy/Propane reprise

This may be another "Ah Ha!" moment. I had thought the O2 valves were 
the other way around. I had assumed the one by the lever was the cutting 
jet. Which means I just got lucky in being able to cut at all.

I'll definitely try this procedure. Thanks loads!
