Junkyards...the back of funky antique places....old, abandoned houses or
farms.
But you can just take a piece of steel plate, cut 2 vertical kerfs one
above the next, then weld hinges across the cuts. Extend cuts to make
the rest of the door and tack some strips on the inside of the door
frame for a seal/backstop. Weld on latch and handle.
Or any of a dozen other solutions.
