actually you just described nearly every states laws concerning medical
services rendered to you even though you are unable to communicate. they
assume that you would want to be saved no matter what the cost. so in a
matter of no time you just racked up a $550,000.00+ usd medical services
lien against you and on your credit report.

if you do not want to make bankrupt by medical bills incurred because of
an accident caused by a third party i would strongly suggest that you
fill you a living medical will which states in detail what may and may
not be done to you.
