i am sorry to hear that this has happened. this is not good and may take
several years to clean up. this is the primary reason that i do not have
any credit cards. i either use cash or check.
i know that some low life has attempted to steal my identity but they
were nailed when the credit report came back with a negative credit
score. my credit score will never see positive side . after 12+ yrs
living as a pauper and then having $550,000.00 usd in medical liens
slapped on me over the head-on-collision which was not my fault. even
though the medical service providers were dealt with according to the
state of illinois health care services lien act they are still listing
over $450,000.00 usd in liens against me. i will never pay them it will
take 7 yrs for those liens to be removed strictly because of the time
limit. my credit reports are a joke. i have requested my annual free
report from trw and there are several credit inquires listed that i know
i did not cause to happen. i have sent letters to all three big credit
reporting agencies requesting that they notify me of any credit inquires
because they are all attempts to steal my identity.
had one person attempt to use my social security number to file for ssi
and social security disability. the dumb low life did not figure on
being told that i had not worked in the last 13 yrs and therefore did
not have any work credits towards social security disability. last i
heard the feds had that low life in the chicago metro lockup.
the bottomline is to have a really bad credit score so no one will be
able to steal your identity.
