terry,
That list is about 1/3 of what I am holding right now. That plus my 
roofers collection, just about sees us through the season. I, however 
darn near live on the scaffold.
Spend a bit of time and think where and how you will be using the 
scaffolding. Be as specific as you can and then buy for that use alone. 
Add to the assortment as you need to.
Each year there is something that I can use to advantage on a set up and 
I buy it. No matter what you have it will at times come up short. That 
is the nature of the beast.
Leveling jacks are essential. I prefer the swivel base ones.
I hate the walk planks, too hard for one man to handle. I use planks.
Outriggers are not needed below 15 feet and I usually just use pipe and 
clamps to make my own , or clamp a spare section of end frame  to the 
side of the scaffold.

Clamps both the rigid and swivel kinds in great profusion extend the 
capability of the scaffolding to a great extent.
