Rich;
Get a little sloshed after making a pile of interesting iron junk. On 
either side lay your hinges out and artistically assemble your gates on 
the ground between them with the junk touching. Zap the touching 
elements to each other and the hinges with 6011 or 6010 and a stick 
welder. Flip the leaves and zap again. Stiffen where necessary...pf
