[TheForge] Drilling angles etc

Concrete is the easiest material in the world to angle drill.  That is if 
you are talking drilling, an inch or two diameter.  Start at a right angle 
and tilt it over in the first inch or so as you go, then patch around the 
post after setting .  Even easier:  set the post THEN pour the mud areound 
it.
