Parts you can get most from Sid and should be able to get anything you need 
looking at the picture.

Make your agreed price to be final only after personal inspection. Check 
the pulley on shaft for wear, should just wobble a little, too much and you 
will have trouble with the clutch. Frame looks good from the pictures. Ran 
guide is listed for $422, but the repair on that may be ok. Bring something 
to pry with, the shaft shouldn't move or should have shims thicker than the 
movement the head can be adjusted in the guides. The front can be beat on 
lightly a bit for adjustment but look at the rear guide for the head for 
extra wear. The arms and the pins and inside where the pins go in the head 
are also places to look.
A little wear is ok, too much and it is your rebuild. Sid's class is very good.
