[TheForge] welding red brass, slightly OT

If it truly is red brass which is the old trade name for C2300 which  
is 85% copper 15% zinc you can oxyacetylene or TIG it but it has a  
tendency to fume. It is rated as only "Good" for those two welding  
processes and not recommended for  stick you could probably MIG it  
with argon shield gas but I don't know where you would get the wire.   
Brazing is better but then there is the color mismatch issue with the  
filler material.
