This was off topic for this site as I do plan to use it for its intended
purpose coatings for firearms.  I have always been nontraditional in most
things I do so was looking for a neon color for a 45 1911 style handgun or
changing one of my evil black guns to neon also.  Don't care what it does
for resale value as I only sold one and traded one in 52 years.  Once they
go on the estate sale with the rest of my toys I will have been shake and
baked so it don't matter to me.

I will private message Chuck for more details as I have ?s about under the
slide and moving parts ect.  Maybe talk more about it at Batson's symposium
in April also.  Anyone else from the forge going there?

Frank:  Are you going to use it on a gun, or for another surface?  I have
used "Gunkote" on various home furnishings with good success.  The
manufacturers assume full compliance with surface prep instructions.
