You can change your name, you can get a social security card in the name of a child who died prematurely in your area (so that your knowledge of the area would be authentic), you can grow your hair and beard, but you can't easily change your fingerprints. Either do a job well or don't bother<G>.

I don't think I agree with the fingerprints, but I can understand the
motivation. If you were in charge of a park, and had gotten ripped off a
few times you'd be more cautious about hiring. I'd think a regular
criminal check would be fine, though. Maybe they are worried about
someone signing up with a false ID or something, but checking
fingerprints still seems a bit much.
