Your right Jerry.  In Ohio, Ag buildings are not considered commercial or residential so they are not covered.  I too am on a farm ... my shop is non commercial and supports my farm use so it is an ag building.

I just wanted others to be aware that in Ohio, even rural areas are covered under the commercial code.  A few years ago, I worked hard to keep a guy from going to jail in Loudonville.  He had been told by the local residential building department that there was no commercial building department so he didn't need a building permit.  The judge said it didn't matter what the inspector told him and that it was still his responsibility.
