Davis caves that I was talking about will work with you to get the
loan, they have all the data and can show the bank that their homes
have the resale. And they go with you to your bank, don't do the loans
themselves.
they also put air exchangers in the home so ventilation is not a
problem. We did much research when we thought we were going to build,
if things get better we will still call them and build. they most
likely have homes in your area that they can show you.  My wife and I
even saw a two story all under ground that they built.
