Wayne,
Permalac is a really good product. I pick mine up at the facility in
Philadelphia where it is made (save on the haz mat charges) and have
talked to the chemist that created it. It is a small concern called
Peacock Labs that has been around for a while, at least two generations
I would think. Google "Permalac" , they have a good web site with lots
of good information, probably any you would need. Good luck.
