	Lousy water.  The water in my house in NJ was just so slightly 
acidic... popped a pinhole on Xmas eve one year.  Took my friend 
(plumber) to the next day to replace it.  The house was already getting, 
erm... odorous.  I developed a whole new appreciation for indoor 
plumbing from that experience.  And for plumbers, too.
