	Shoot, I can do them asleep...  I'm just not so very fond of having to 
tear out walls when something goes really wrong...  OTOH, that is an 
issue of building design rather than plumbing joinery.  I don't 
understand why housing is not designed for maintainability.  Chaseways 
are not much more costly to include and they make the structure so much 
more maintenance-friendly.
